You are welcome to store for as long as you like, we do not have a limit!  If you are looking for something quite short term, speak with us an I’m sure we can come to some arrangement!

You the storer will be the only person who can access your own unit.  You will be the only key holder.  Any friend or family member that you nominate to access  your unit must be noted either on our agreement or by written confirmation.

You can access your unit daily between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

No, there are no hidden charges!  A cost will be applied in the event of a late payment, and a bond/security will be required at the time of move in.

Items that cannot be stored in your unit are hazardous goods, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful or perishable goods.

Security is our number one priority.  The units are extremely secure with automated gate access.  Our site has a fully electrified perimeter fence which is deactivated and activated by you swiping in and out.  Each unit is individually alarmed and again deactivated and activated by you swiping in and out. The site is also monitored by an external alarm monitoring company, and has CCTV.

Insurance can be arranged via our own brokers, click on the link on our bookings page.  Do not assume that your existing contents insurance policy will cover your stored goods.

No, not at all!  Only a 7 day notice period when terminating your agreement.
